Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information strategicbuilders.ai collects, how it's used, and what rights you have over it. The site is operated by David Kremlinsky, a sole proprietor based in Israel (“we,” “us”). If anything here is unclear, email david@strategicbuilders.ai.

1. What we collect

We only collect what we need to deliver what you signed up for:

  • Newsletter and lead magnets. When you submit your name and email on a signup form (the newsletter or any lead-magnet page such as /ai-prd or /workflows), we store those two fields so we can send you the content you requested and the ongoing newsletter.
  • Course purchases. Payments are processed by Teachable on their hosted checkout. We do not see or store your credit card details. We receive the email address you used to enroll so we can grant course access.
  • Server logs. Our host records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to build behavioral profiles.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools on this site.

2. Who else sees your data

We share data only with the services we use to actually run the site:

  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — stores your name and email so we can send the newsletter and the lead magnets. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link at the bottom of every message.
  • Teachable — handles course purchases and hosts course content. Their privacy practices apply when you check out.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and processes the server logs described above.

Some of these services (Kit, Teachable, and Vercel) are based in the United States, which means your data may be stored or processed outside your home country, including outside the European Economic Area. These providers operate under data-protection safeguards intended to keep your information protected to the same standard described in this policy.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. The only time we'd disclose data to a third party outside this list is if we're legally required to (e.g., a court order).

3. Cookies

This site uses only the essential cookies needed to remember session state and keep forms working. We do not set analytics or tracking cookies. If you sign up for the newsletter, Kit may set its own cookies when you click links in our emails.

4. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your data (we will, unless we're legally required to keep it)
  • Export your data in a portable format

If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, these rights are guaranteed by the GDPR. If you're in Israel, they're guaranteed by the Protection of Privacy Law. To exercise any of them, email david@strategicbuilders.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your newsletter subscription as long as you stay subscribed. Unsubscribe and we'll delete your record from our active list within 30 days (Kit may retain it briefly in suppression lists to honor the unsubscribe). We keep course-purchase records for as long as your account exists on Teachable, plus any period required by tax or accounting law.

6. Children

This site and the course are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, email us and we'll delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in the newsletter.
